The new SLC Airport is now fully operational. It’s got a lot of good things going for it…. but it’s not perfect. In this video I explore 10 things I love about the new airport and 3 things I dislike.
Just days before the world closed to with the coronavirus pandemic, I made a visit to Stockholm, Sweden where I discovered 7 things I loved about the city, and one disappointment. Stockholm is a terrific city (though during the winter time its a bit frigid). Among things I loved in Stockholm were the Vasa Museum, Swedish Meatballs, the subway system, and (of course) the ABBA museum where I pushed my entertainment and singing talents to the limit! My time in Stockholm wasn’t perfect however, as my expectations were built up to experience the wonders of the Drottingholm palace, something […]
One city, two iconic car museums. I take you on a tour of both musuems and tell you which one I like best. These are two iconic “must see” museums – each of them took tens-of-millions of dollars to build. They both house a collection of iconic automobiles and they both attract tens-of-thousands of visitors each year. So which one is best? I have some different thoughts on both of these places. The Mercedes Benz museum is surely world class and I was basically impressed by everything , except the lack of a Mercedes to sit in. That’s right, […]

I give a review of the 8 Things I loved most about visiting Havana, Cuba. There’s a lot to love about Cuba, from the architecture and artsy culture of Havana, to the ridiculously nice beaches on the northern Cuba coastline. Best of all, the classic cars are almost straight out of a dream (for car lovers). Look for my next video for a more critical review.
Most people LOVE this place. Journalists can’t get enough of Singapore’s Changi Airport. But, as a business traveler this airport has some serious quirks that make it a place that I (gulp) hate to visit at times.
Lunch with my business partner and friend in Manila, Philippines. Back in the Philippines for a business visit, I decide to take my business partner and friend out for lunch. One conditioin… it must be authentic Filipino food. Rey takes me to one of the best places in town and orders off the menu for me. Only question is… will I like authentic food from the Philippines?
Checking out the awesome street karaoke scene in the heart of Hanoi, Vietnam. I came away impressed with the young singers on the streets of Vietnam’s capital city.
. Heading to Halong Bay, Vietnam. It’s one of the world’s most beautiful places, but there’s a few things to know before you pack your bags. In this video I review Halong Bay, Vietnam and tell you 15 things to know before you take the trip.
It’s arguably the worlds most beautiful church, less popular than the more famous Saint Basils, but the beauty of this church is unbelievable, especially inside with the intricate mosiac murals.
